"As we all are busy these days...i was not able to speak with Donnie very much but he made it a priority to follow up with the best offers of insurance to fit my needs and wallet. In this day and time that is the number one factor. Not to mention he made it painless to complete the applications etc...even while i was working he was being ever so patient with me, which i greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend him and the staff at State Farm to assist in your needs for insurance at the best value and price."

"Been with State Farm since 1986, my account was given to Blake Jordan when his predecessor retired. The previous was great and any concerns we had were quickly addressed. Unfortunately what ever has happened in the last year at this agent has not been a good thing. We have 7 cars and a home for policies and when State Farm changed to the new national software/program it caused some glitches in Oklahoma. During policy renewal I asked about extra charges for uninsured motorist and was assured it would be correct. It has now been a month since I have had multiple texts and a phone call to his office. I have received multiple emails to for document signing and yet my accounts are still a mess. I am now still being charged for things I shouldn't be and they have created two extra vehicle policies. Just keeps getting worse the more he touches them. I ended up moving my account over the weekend and in 3 minutes the new agent has addressed all my concerns before I could even tell them what I saw as incorrect! Blake why was this so hard to fix? Also your office staff are not helpful as the uninsured motorist charges were actually voiced as a concern back when all this started and I was assured I would only be charged for one car in order to have coverage! If you have an account with him I would highly recommend you look over your policies closely. Moving to another agent is really easy if they don't care about your account."

"I have been a customer of Blake's for the past six months. Initially they were able to offer me competitive rates on my auto insurance and DRASTICALLY lower rates on my homeowner's insurance, and were also able to get me life insurance coverage, something that I thought was impossible. Then, upon renewal, I find that not only to my auto insurance NOT go up, but that it actually went down $300, which has not been my experience with other insurance agencies to this point. But aside from the financial aspect of things, Blake and his staff have been very attentive anytime I have a question. Most e-mails are responded to within an hour, and they get what I am trying to ask and respond in kind. All in all, I am very satisfied, and I hope to be a customer for life. "I received several emails from State Farm that I just could NOT make sense of. (I know...I ended a sentence with a preposition. Sorry!) Rachel Delong was very patient to explain that SF was making some changes in the way the 'do things' and that it had caused some confusion for some customers. Thankfully, Rachel was very patient with me and very friendly. She even sent an extra email to explain clearly what was going on. I appreciated her friendliness, knowledge, humor and willingness to help. (She probably should get a raise, btw)"
