"Dealing with claims isn't complicated but the two accidents I had I was not at fault. I got a quote for life insurance once then decided against that and they got kinda pushy. I just have to be point blank in communication. And everything I've mentioned up til now is why they're even getting 3 stars. I tried getting some quotes with Taylor Grotts today and it wasn't clearly stated what auto and home would cost separately, just one lump sum. It showed discounts without a price of the discount but apparently it's too much to ask them to make the quotes more detailed. I asked about the discount and where the auto policy part was(she actually said, "Two of the quotes include the auto bundle discount factored into the quote. You already have your car insured with us!".. yeah.. I know who insures my car already.. and I got a screenshot as a reply after I asked for a more detailed quote. That also did not help in any way whatsoever and did not answer my questions. I asked for more clarification and I got a snide reply like she thinks I'm stupid. I have gotten plenty of quotes and they all were laid out what everything cost and the discount amounts.. but apparently Taylor Grotts didn't want to do the extra work and answer the questions I had that are not on the quotes. I've never gotten upset at an agent for trying to get a quote until today! Like what is going on? If I could find the same coverage for close to the same price I would go elsewhere in a heartbeat. Taylor Grotts botched any chance of me bundling home insurance due to her lack of caring that I get accurate and detailed information."

"I switched from AAA to state farm to get more coverage for the cost of my premium. They were one of the few insurance companies that would cover my spouse and I even after history of an accident. When it came time to shop for home owners insurance they provided the best quote and benefits by far. Plus, we get an additional discount to bundle home and auto. Every little bit counts these days! Jade is always personable and understanding when I call. That is MUCH Appreciated. Thank you!"
