And the local press was about specific claim situations - not our office. "First Statefarm cancels my insurance - then pays back my premiums balance…..then. Lake comes two months later with a $500 bill for premiums- very shady!"
"Hey Marius, the cancellation was issued by State Farm due to required maintenance not being completed, and the unused premium was refunded as part of the process. We aren't seeing any $500 balance due on our end, but we're happy to look into it. Give us a call at 405-471-5370 and we'll review everything with you. "
